How many sessions to feel the benefits?
You are a person, not a machine! You can't press a button to activate change. Each of us reacts uniquely and experiences more or less resistance to let go.
Overall, I invite you to allow yourself 5 one-to-one sessions to move forward. A weekly or fortnightly session is ideal.
If you go for group sessions, I advise you to engage in a full program (once a week for 5 or 6 weeks).
From our first session, you have effective techniques to release tension, boost your vitality and regain a clear mind.
With practice, your body and mind are more trained. You relax quicker, calming down your mind gets easier and you recuperate more deeply.
